The Secretary maintains the household register and sends gathering notices by email. One subscription covers up to two adults in the same household. To add a second adult, email the Secretary with their name and your billing email. Do not purchase a second subscription. Member logins, private calendars, and automated RSVPs are in preparation; each gathering notice will explain any registration needed.

Cancel before the next renewal charge through the billing portal when available, or email the Secretary with the subject “Cancel membership” and your billing email. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period.No telephone call or explanation is required. See the full cancellation procedure.

Yes. Send the billing email, payment date, amount, and a brief explanation to the Secretary. Headquarters reviews requests individually; there is no automatic refund promise. Request cancellation separately if you also want future payments stopped. Your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.

The paid offer is $5 USD per household per month, including any required tax, covering up to two adult members and one billing contact. One paid membership travels across operating chapters nationwide. Montpelier remains free locally. Review the current offer and availability before purchasing.

No. The Dispatch and chapter-interest registers are free. Mailing-list consent, event attendance, and paid membership are separate records.Unsubscribing from email does not cancel a paid membership.

Start with the chapter register and the latest gathering notice. Assemblies are for adults; Expeditions welcome children. Registration and outside admission requirements are stated in each notice. Proposed chapters do not yet have an operating calendar.
